Drop-off hours begin: 7:00 AM daily*
CHECK-IN TIME - drop-offs between 5:00PM - 7:00PM (Monday through Friday) and 3:00PM - 4:00PM (Saturdays), will not be charge for that calendar day. Instead billing will begin the next day.
Pick-up hours end: 7:00 PM daily*
CHECK-OUT TIME - if you pick-up your pet before 10:00AM, you will not incur charges for another day (* 4:00PM on Saturdays)
* NO PICK-UP or DROP-OFF on Sunday or Holidays (no exceptions)
* LATE NIGHT PICK-UPS: - No Pick-up is permitted after 7:00PM (Monday through Friday) or 4:00PM (Saturday) without priorwritten consent, plus an additional $45.00Surcharge paid in advance (no exceptions).
